About RoadsideAid
Helping Neighbors. One Mile at a Time.
Our Mission
Helping Neighbors. One Mile at a Time.
RoadsideAid connects drivers in need with nearby volunteers willing to lend a helping hand during common roadside situations like flat tires, jump starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery.
Our Vision
To create safer communities where neighbors help neighbors through kindness, trust, and volunteer service.
How RoadsideAid Works
1. A driver requests help.
The driver selects the type of roadside help needed and shares their location.
2. Nearby volunteers are notified.
Available volunteers can review the request and choose whether they are able to help.
3. A volunteer accepts the request.
Once accepted, the driver and volunteer can track the request status and communicate through chat.
4. Safety comes first.
RoadsideAid is for non-emergency assistance only. If there is danger, injury, or an unsafe situation, call 911 or local emergency services.
